The Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi offered prayers for the victims of the Oklahoma tornado, as well as in honor of veterans for Memorial Day on May 26, 2013.  The congregation sung to console and inspire its audience.

We Adore

You hurled a billion stars into the empty void of night.

You wrestled with the waves until the ocean knew your might.

You pound upon the earth to make the mountains take their form.

You stir up all the clouds to make the sky begin to storm.

We marvel at your mercy, we tremble at your truth.

We wonder at your wisdom, we cannot hide from you.

You are holy, mighty, Lord of all the earth and we adore.

You formed my inmost being, knit me in my mother’s womb.

You guide me with your right hand; darkness is not dark for you.

You understand my ev’ry thought, my words before I speak.

Your presence follows where I go, from you I cannot flee.

We adore your forgiveness, we adore your endless grace,

We adore your great sacrifice that saved the human race.

We adore your compassion, we adore your righteous ways,

We adore and we bow down at the sound of your name!
